Awareness, Advaita and Nonduality:
Most mystical traditions have the sense of oneness, or nonduality, at their core. For me, the clearest expression of the concept is found in the Advaita Vedanta tradition.
I am grateful for an intense introduction to Advaita, the exploration of consciousness, and its links to body psychotherapy, from several years spent with Michael Crawford (Mikaire). He no longer teaches publicly. I have also found the meetings and writings of Nathan Gill a model of Clarity on the subject, and more recently have benefited from discussions with Roger Linden on the therapy / non-duality paradox. Roger holds regular meetings.
