During 2009 each Move into… workshop will focus on one stage of the DoA cycle. However each event will work through the complete cycle, and you are welcome to attend any of the workshops that you may wish. The dates for 2009 are:

Dance of Awareness workshop is an opportunity to explore movement and bodywork in a spirit of self discovery. There will be space to work individually, in pairs and as a group. No special skills or experience are needed – just a willingness to be moved by your own impulses, and share what emerges in a safe and supportive space. Discover your dancing heart…
